ARV Conseil holds carte T professional licence no. CPI78012024000000016, valid until 3 March 2027, issued by the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce (CCI).
It is insured with MMA IARD, 14 Bd Oyon, 72030 Le Mans, for transactions without holding client funds.
How it works
What does delegation involve?
Carte T delegation allows a company holding the professional licence for transactions in real estate and business assets to authorise an individual — working as an independent commercial agent — through a collaborator certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce (CCI). As the real estate agency profession is regulated in France by the Hoguet Act (loi n° 70-9 of 2 January 1970), practising it requires specific experience or qualifications.
This authorisation allows those who do not meet these requirements to carry out the usual activities of the profession within a secure legal framework.
Renewal
A framework monitored over time
Once the delegation has been issued by the CCI, the holder must complete annual training in order to renew it. The holder also has professional indemnity insurance, as required by law.
